Unfortunately Marks & Spencer Rewards is currently available for registration on the M&S Hong Kong App only. In addition, only purchases made with the App are eligible for cashback rewards earning.

The M&S Hong Kong App supports devices with iOS 11.0 or later/ Android 5.0 and up. The devices must be able to access the app directly from the M&S Hong Kong App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android), for download or update.

Your Marks & Spencer Rewards membership is only applicable for use at participating M&S Hong Kong stores or on the M&S Hong Kong App.

Unfortunately, Marks & Spencer Rewards memberships, cashback rewards, other member offers and privileges are non-transferrable and non-shareable.

Your username is the registered email that you use when you sign up for Marks & Spencer Rewards.

Since the verification code SMS will only be sent to area code +852, +86 and +44, you need a mobile number from these areas for registration (+852 – Hong Kong, +86 – China, +44 – UK,). The mobile number used for registration must be able to receive the one-time password (OTP) validation code for you to complete the registration successfully.

Since the verification code SMS is only available under area code +852, +86 and +44, the verification code SMS cannot be sent to numbers using other area codes. If you need further help, please contact us.

Please check if the mobile phone number you entered is correct, and ensure your mobile service provider’s network is connected and available to receive OTP. Yes, offers can only be redeemed on the M&S Hong Kong App with Wi-Fi or a mobile network (5G/4G/3G) connection.

Start earning cashback rewards as soon as you start spending at any participating M&S Hong Kong stores or on the M&S Hong Kong App:

• Spend any amount to earn 1% cashback rewards, i.e. spend HK$100 to earn HK$1 cashback
• Cashback must be redeemed within 365 days from the date of purchase

• Download the M&S Hong Kong App and register your details
• Start spending at participating M&S Hong Kong stores
• Show the barcode in your Marks & Spencer Rewards account at checkout
• The cashier will scan your barcode for cashback earning

• Download the M&S Hong Kong App and register your details
• Start ordering on the M&S Hong Kong App
• Cashback you have earned will be automatically updated in your Marks & Spencer Rewards account balance after your order had completed
• Cashback earning is only available when you log into your Marks & Spencer Rewards account and place orders as a Marks & Spencer Rewards member

You can access your account barcode under the “Account” section of the M&S Hong Kong App.

All products that you purchase at M&S Hong Kong stores or via the M&S HK Apps, excluding gift vouchers, delivery fees, free gifts, consumable materials such as plastic shopping bags, paper bags, wine bags and gift boxes and specific items which have their own T&Cs.

Cashback earned will be reflected in your Marks & Spencer Rewards account within 24 hours from the time of purchase for purchases in-store, or time of delivery for purchases on the M&S Hong Kong App.

Cashback is valid for 365 days from the date of purchase.

You can check your cashback balance under the “Account” section on your M&S Hong Kong App.

Please make sure you have logged into your Marks & Spencer Rewards account and have scanned your account barcode in every eligible purchase to earn your cashback rewards. For any queries on cashback, please contact us within 1 month from the date of your purchase.

Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate any retrospective claim request on cashback. If your mobile phone is not with you at the time of purchase, you can provide your registered mobile number at checkout for member identity verification, then earn cashback for your purchase. For cashback redemptions however, your Marks & Spencer Rewards account barcode must be present to validate the redemptions.

Marks & Spencer Rewards cashback is currently available for earning and redemption at participating M&S Hong Kong stores only.

If your entire purchase or products that you have purchased are cancelled or refunded, the respective cashback awarded will also be deducted from your Marks & Spencer Rewards account when the cancellation or refund is made, including extra bonus cashback earned in designated promotional offers.

Steps to redeem cashback in-store

• When you are ready to checkout, enter the amount of cashback that you wish to redeem on the M&S Hong Kong App
• Scan the QR code provided by the cashier to generate a redemption barcode on your App
• Let the cashier scan your redemption barcode
• The cashback will be redeemed in your current purchase, and the corresponding amount will be deducted from your Marks & Spencer Rewards account

Please note that once the QR is scanned, cashback will be deducted from your Marks & Spencer account for redemption right away and the action is non-reversible.

• Start ordering as a Marks & Spencer Rewards member on the M&S Hong Kong App
• When you are ready to checkout, click “Checkout” then enter the amount of cashback you wish to redeem under “Pay with M&S Rewards”
• Cashback you have redeemed will be automatically deducted from your order

Yes, cashback must be redeemed in the multiple of HK$1.

Unfortunately, all cashback redemptions are non-reversible.

The cashback redeemed in your purchase will not be re-credited to your account in case the entire purchase or selected items in the purchase are refunded. Once redeemed, the cashback is non-reversible and cannot be exchanged for cash.

You can update your personal information in the “Personal details” section on the M&S Hong Kong App. However, please be aware that some of the personal details you provided at registration are non-editable, including but not limited to your contact number and month of birth.

Upon successful registration, you’ll earn 1% cashback rewards every time you purchase at participating M&S Hong Kong stores or on the M&S Hong Kong App.

Member-exclusive or tailored offers, from which you will collect bonus cashback or rewards upon participations, will be extended to you from time to time. In those purchases you will earn both the basic cashback you are entitled according to your spending, and the bonus.
