  • What do I do if I’m unhappy with the quality of food I bought?


    Items sold are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

    If you received an item that is damaged, faulty or have quality issues, let us know by sending us an email to MandSHK.OnlineCustomerService@alfuttaim.com with your order no. and pictures of your item within 3 days upon receipt of merchandise. The receipt of merchandise will serve as a proof of purchase.

    Marks & Spencer Hong Kong reserves the right to amend terms & conditions and of final decision on all matters of disputes.
