  • Where do you deliver in Hong Kong?

    We deliver all across Hong Kong, on Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and New Territories. However, no delivery service is currently available to the below areas:

    • Kowloon: Kwun Yam Shan, Lei Yue Mun Praya Road
    • New Territories: Country Park (Sai Kung), Castle Peak Rd (Tam Mi, San Tin & San Tam Road), Kam Tin Rd (all street no.) Lam Kam Rd (all street no.), Fan Kam Rd (all street no.), Route Twisk (all street no.), Lo Wu, Sha Tau Kok, Man Kam To, Ta Kwu Ling, Hok Tau, Luk Keng, Mai Po, Lau Fai Shan, Lok Ma Chau, Lung Kwu Tan, Lin Au, Shuen Wan, Pak Tam Chung, Hoi Ha Wan, Po Toi O, Yung Shue O, Joss House, Sheung Wo Che, Ha Wo Che
    • Outlying Islands: All Outlying Island area (except Tung Chung), Hong Kong International Airport.
  • What type of delivery services do you offer and how much do they cost?

    The minimum spend for each order is HK$500. We offer free next-day delivery service.

    Cut off time for next-day delivery service will be 00:00 midnight

    *No delivery services shall be available on the 1st and 2nd day of Chinese New Year

    The available timeslots for delivery will be shown automatically during the order confirmation and vary according to the delivery address you have input. Please note that we cannot guarantee an exact delivery time but only give you these timeslots:

    Timeslot A: 10 am – 2 pm
    Timeslot B: 2 pm – 6 pm
    Timeslot C: 6 pm – 9 pm
    Timeslot D: 12pm – 4pm (Discovery bay and Ma Wan only)

  • Special note for Discovery bay & Ma Wan arrangement

    All orders will be cancelled if the address is not chosen “Discovery Bay” / “Ma Wan” in area section but need to deliver to Discovery Bay / Ma Wan”.

  • Can I use my PO Box as a delivery address?

    Unfortunately, we will not be able to deliver to a PO Box.

  • How will I know when my order is on its way to me?

    We’ll send you a SMS when your order has been dispatched. We’ll also give you a call to ask when’s the best time to deliver your order.

  • Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?

    If we’re still processing your order, you’ll still be able to change your delivery address. To do this, give us a call at or Whatsapp: 852 22119700 and let us know the new delivery address you’d like us to ship to. If your order has already been dispatched, you’ll no longer be able to change your delivery address.

  • Can my order be collected by a third Party?

    Your order must be collected by someone at the delivery address. When the order is delivered to the delivery address, your family members can still collect the order on behalf of you by providing signing the receive note.

  • Can the delivery be left outside the front door or with the building management/reception/concierge?

    Unfortunately, we will not be able to leave the delivery outside your door or with the building management office/reception/concierge. Food safety and maintaining the required temperature for all products is essential to our delivery service and maintaining the quality of all our fresh and frozen items.

  • Any special delivery arrangement under bad weather condition?
    • Deliveries will be suspended during bad weather conditions (e.g. black rain, typhoon no. 8, landslide or flooding) and in this event customers will be contacted to re-schedule delivery time.
    • Orders received on day of bad weather condition (e.g. black rain, typhoon no. 8, landslide or flooding) for next day delivery will also be affected and in this event customers will be contacted to re-schedule delivery time.
  • Why was my delivery unsuccessful?

    While our logistics partner will always do their very best to deliver all orders on time, they may find it difficult to deliver certain orders because of any of the following unforeseen reasons:

    • Road traffic is heavier than expected.
    • Inclement weather conditions make transport and delivery more difficult.
    • The customer was not available during the scheduled delivery date and time(s).
  • What happens if the first delivery attempt was unsuccessful?

    Our Logistic Team will arrange a second delivery on the next day of the first attempt delivery day.

  • How many times can my delivery be rescheduled?

    Deliveries can only be rescheduled once. This means that our delivery partner will only make 2 delivery attempts so please make sure that you’ll be at your delivery address to receive your order on the re-scheduled date.

  • If I am still not able to receive my order after secondary delivery, can I arrange for a third delivery?

    Please be reminded that each order will only be delivered two times.

    If it is still not delivered successfully, the items will be destroyed, and an order will be cancelled without any refund. 

  • Thers is fresh fruit / frozen product in my order, would the product quality be affected if I arrange the delivery again?

    Products in both storage and transportation are always maintained at the appropriate temperatures. All elements of the supply chain have undertaken rigorous checks to ensure they always uphold all temperature and quality requirements. Therefore, all your products delivered to you will be of the highest quality for you to enjoy.

  • Can I request the date for re-delivery?

    Due to shelf life of our fresh product. All re-delivery arrangement will only be arranged on the next day of original delivery day.

  • Any other points to take note for deliveries?
    • Delivery service is not applicable to areas that cannot be reached directly by our vehicles.
    • We reserve the right to decline delivery of goods to any customer at our sole discretion absolutely.
    • Force Majeure - The Company shall not be liable for any delay or failure in its performance caused by or resulting from acts of God, fire, flood, accident, pandemics, riot, war, government intervention, embargoes, strikes, labour difficulties, equipment failures, or any other causes beyond the control of Company
